Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is between 15:00 and 23:00. In principle, we do not accept check-in after 23:00. If you wish to change your check-in time, please do not hesitate to contact us.Check-out time is by 11:00. If you wish to extend your stay, we can do so up to 14:00 at a cost of 1,000 yen per hour.
Q. Is it possible to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Luggage can be kept at the front desk on the 1st floor from 8:00 to 23:00. You can drop off your luggage in person or by mail from 3 days prior to your arrival.
Please make sure to write the name of the person who made the reservation and the check-in date on the luggage slip before sending it by post. Please contact us after mailing. (TEL: 075-205-5075) We will keep your luggage for up to 3 days after check-out.
Q. I would like to change/cancel my reservation.
Unless you have made a reservation directly with us, we cannot accept changes or cancellations of reservations by phone or e-mail. Please use the reservation website to make changes or cancellations yourself.
Q. How many days in advance is the cancellation fee required?
Charged from the day before. The day before: 20%, the day before: 80%, no-show: 100%. It is different for domestic and international booking sites. Please contact the agency you applied for.
Q. If I book two rooms, which room types can I share next to each other?
If you are making a two-room reservation, you can make a double room and a twin room, or a twin room and a queen room, next to each other.
Q. What amenities are available?

Q. How late can I have my room cleaned?
The cleaning time is from 11:00~16:00, but please indicate your cleaning request by 11:00. If we are unable to confirm your request by 11:00, we will only be able to change towels and amenities.
Q. Is there a smoking area in the hotel?
This hotel is a non-smoking facility. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Q. Is it possible to decorate the room for a birthday/anniversary surprise?
